Bring your little ones (ages 2-6) to our first storybook yoga class. Our wonderful instructor, Abigail Vo, has a PhD in Education and is a certified yoga teacher. In this 30-minute class, Abigail will read a story to the children and help them act out the story using yoga poses. We are very excited to have her come to TLB!!

Because we have limited space for yoga, we will be limiting the class to 12 children. Registration opens on Friday, July 5th. Payments will be by cash or check. You can register by phone during store hours: 804-464-1244, Tues-Friday 10-5, Sat 10-4. Our phone does not take messages. We will be taking a waiting list in case there are cancellations. Parents/caregivers: please plan on staying to watch the fun!
